1.16 Your order will be processed without undue delay, no later than 24 hours after it has been placed (Monday to Friday). If your order is needed urgently over the Weekend or Bank Holidays, please contact us by phone or email to see if we can help.

UK Special Delivery - Guaranteed by 1pm the next working day
UK Tracked 24 - delivery aim 24 hours
UK Tracked 48 - delivery aim 48 hours
International Tracked - Europe delivery aim 3-5 working days
International Tracked - Worldwide delivery aim 5-7 working days

International Orders may be subject to customs import taxes & handling fees, charged by the destination country.
